On the edge of the large swimming pool you can stop at the “Bioaquam café”, an
elegant snack bar with a spacious solarium which is transformed, when the occasion
requires, into a restaurant where you can savour salads, bruschette, spelt and
carpaccio soups, and many other dishes from Tuscan tradition.
Day Spa Guests may use the hotel restaurants which offer both traditional and calorie-controlled
dishes.
