Dipu is the nickname for Kuldeepak Kathait, the Indian-born, Italian-raised Ayurvedic practitioner and star of this luxury spa, which makes its own range of products from the local thermal muds. Emma Bartlett, who with her sister started the spa company Essential Escapes, is among his many fans. "I know lots of OK therapists, some very good ones, but none who stands out quite as much as Dipu.
