We recommend arriving at the spa at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment, as late arrivals will unfortunately reduce the time available for your treatment.
Our medical coach is at your disposal for consultations regarding your health condition, the treatments and also for customising your wellness program. We ask that you please indicate whether you have any health issues or if you’re pregnant.
If you’ve booked a treatment, the spa will provide you with all the necessary garments. A swimsuit is not included in the kit, therefore, you can bring one from home or purchase one directly from our boutique.
In order to get the most out of your experience at the spa, we urge you inform the therapist of any issues that may interfere with the optimal performance of the treatment.
We require all mobile phones to be switched off, and speak in a considerate tone when in the common areas.
If you wish to extend your spa experience at home, you can purchase the products from our exclusive new ETERIA cosmetics line, as well as and other items from the Spa’s Boutique.
All treatments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior in order to avoid charges.
