Enjoy a hands-on class with one of the barmen from Fonteverde, who’ll reveal the art and secrets of the cocktail, from glasses and mixers to ingredients and finishing touches.
Learn how to make some of the best-known cocktails – including the Negroni, Bellini, Rossigni, Martini and Americano – and discover an art which helps people socialise and work as a team.
Wine tasting tour: Poggio antico, Montalcino
Visit the vineyards around Montalcino, home to Brunello, one of the finest, best-known wines in the world and one of a handful which can be left to age – and improve – for whole decades. Enjoy a wine-tasting tour of the Poggio Antico winery, discover Tuscan wines, their origin and terroir and meet the people who make them.
